Clackamas, Oreg., -- Organic and natural pet food leader Castor & Pollux Pet Works adds new strength to its executive team with the addition of CEO Robb Caseria, and VP of Sales & Marketing Andrew Mitchell.
Caseria brings a blend of entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 experience to Castor & Pollux, with more than a decade in officer-level finance, sales, supply-chain and marketing positions with Coors Brewing Co and Molson-Coors. Caseria also has held positions in marketing, sales, and general management with Frito-Lay, Inc. Most recently he was co-founder and Managing Director of Denver Growth Partners LLC, launching successful start-ups Instant Access Media and Pannonia Vineyards. He received an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Mitchell joins Castor & Pollux as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, adding deep experience in premium consumer goods, including pet products. Most recently, Mitchell led sales for Nestle Purina Pet Care's Pet Promise Co., elevating the brand to the top position in natural grocery stores. He also was president of natural beverage producer Trinity Springs, and held sales and marketing leadership positions with several premium beverage companies, including Pete's Brewing and Constellation Brands.
