November 24, 2010 -- Microgame S.p.A., leading service provider for remote gaming in Italy, has acquired a minority participation in Network Media Service Ltd., a British company specialised in design and development of powerful software solutions for online gaming affiliate management.
Last month, the two companies announced that they had signed a multi-year master license agreement for their EGaming Affiliate System Software (EGASS).
As a result of this agreement, Microgame's Gaming Licensees will benefit from a comprehensive suite of powerful features, functions and integrated business management tools to effectively build, manage and grow their businesses through gaming affiliates.
